How long will this candy bark keep?

Stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator, the bark will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks. For room-temperature serving keep pieces chilled until about 15–20 minutes before serving.

Can I freeze the bark?

Yes—wrap pieces tightly in plastic and place in an airtight container. Freeze up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator to avoid condensation forming on the chocolate.

What if I need a nut-free version?

Swap honey roasted peanuts and peanut-based candies for pretzel pieces, sunflower seeds, or nut-free candies like Pretzel M&M's or Reese's Pieces listed in the recipe notes.
