Ingredients

  • 12 ounces white melting chocolate 340 grams (or almond bark)
  • white melting chocolate
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles 90 grams
  • 1 cup peanuts 142 grams
  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles 24 grams, for topping

Instructions

  1. Spray the crockpot with nonstick spray.
  2. Place 12 ounces white melting chocolate, 2 cups chow mein noodles, and 1 cup peanuts in the crockpot.
  3. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour, or until the chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Stir the contents together until the chocolate evenly coats the noodles and peanuts.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sprinkles over the spoonfuls before the chocolate hardens.
  7. Chill until set, then serve.
