Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Microwave
  • plate

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Trader Joe's cauliflower gnocchi
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. If the gnocchi are frozen, spread them out on a plate and microwave for 1-2 minutes until completely thawed.
  3. Spread the thawed gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces, and spray them lightly with cooking spray.
  4. Air-fry for 10 minutes, shake the basket, then cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes depending on whether you want them lightly golden or darker and crispier.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the basket — cook in batches if needed so pieces crisp evenly. Cooking times vary by air fryer model; shaking once midway helps promote even browning. Thawing in the microwave for 1-2 minutes prevents cold centers and speeds crisping, but only thaw until no longer frozen.
